Autumnal Works of Art

This autumn, Re:new Project’s window display inspires and reflects our unique aesthetic. The windows are rich in saturated hues evoking the color-soaked days of autumn. The eco-themed leaf curtains cascading from the ceiling are made of leather swatches that were destined for the landfill. The up-cycled leather builds the perfect fall palette creating a stunning backdrop for Re:new’s bags. 

 

 

Re:new’s Artisans are refugee women who have resettled in the area. Each bag the Artisans sew exudes the loving touch of something handcrafted. Re:new’s bags are made of curated high quality industry swatches. The Artisans craft a story with each bag they sew, informing and inspiring shoppers. Nigora, an Artisan from Uzbekistan, sewed the earthy leaf skirt in the window. 

 

 

       

The sustainable autumnal window display invites guests to step outside of their day-to-day and into the store and feel the energy of creativity. The Re:new storefront transitions into a studio that hums with sewing activities. Shoppers feel inspired in that space, soaking up the message of sustainability presented through dignified work. Supporting Re:new by purchasing a bag brings joy to the Artisans, the purchaser, and whoever receives one of these works of art.
