Women's History Month

At Re:new Project, we are making history every day. The refugee women who come to us carry incredible stories of resilience, perseverance and strength. We provide a space for them to share, learn, and to dream about the future. Like all of us, they want to leave a legacy for their children in their new home.

FOR THE STUDENTS who have just arrived to the U.S., unsure of their footing and trying to heal from trauma in an unfamiliar and sometimes cold place.  Would you be that kind soul that tells them they can get through this, and that they are welcome here?  You can help welcome these newcomers by volunteering with us at Re:new. FOR THE ARTISANS who dream of a bright future for their children. All month we will be celebrating our students and Artisans in honor of Women's History Month.  You will see our store window proudly display words of encouragement and empowerment for the women of Re:new and all women.
