Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it's in the same condition as when you bought it.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, custom, or personalized products.

To initiate a return, please email info@renewproject.org with your proof of purchase. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.0

Repair Policy

We provide complimentary repairs for up to 6 months due to flaws or defects on all Renew products. In-store purchases can be returned directly to the store for repairs. Online customers should contact info@renewproject.org for repair guidance. 

For Renew products over 6 months old, repairs for wear and tear might be possible for a minimum fee of $20. Repair eligibility is at our Artisans' discretion, and the final cost will depend on the labor involved.

Please note, repairs are only available for Renew products.
